Connect Live Hub to Teams tenant

To establish Teams connectivity, you first need to connect Live Hub to your Teams tenant. After completing this step, Live Hub will be granted administrative permissions to manage your Teams tenant, which will allow it to create routing policies, assign Direct Inward Dialing (DID) phone numbers to Teams users and perform other voice management tasks.

The following tasks need to be completed to connect Live Hub to your Teams tenant:

• Verify license availability

• Provisioning service account for Live Hub

• Connect Teams tenant in Live Hub
